I think it's a good message to bring across, as long as you remember that there will always be a serious undertone, since this is professional dueling, your career depends on your performance... but it's always good to have fun and enjoy it. I know that's something that's important to you.
I like the idea of putting focus on being a team that gets to where they are simply via their own strength and talents in dueling. A lot of other managers focus on gimmicks they can exploit for entertainment factors, which is understandable as it's what people usually like to see... but it's something I promised myself I would never do to the duelists under my management. I don't want cheesy gimmicks over-shadowing the fact that all three of you can get far simply on your talent as duelists alone. It means we have to work harder to be noticed, but getting there on pure talent will be a great feeling.
