...urgh, I really don't feel that great today. I just...my head hurts, I feel a bit nauseous too, I just have this weird feeling that I really want to be somewhere or with someone but...I don't know who.
And who's this "Asuka" everyone keeps mentioning?...in fact, a lot of my journal entries mention her...but I don't remember ever writing them, or at least the bits about this girl, I even claim to love her in one entry...how can I love someone I've never met? ARGH! What in the hell is going on!? Someone tell me!

...I dueled Darkness last night...can't exactly remember why I dueled him now, my memory of last night has so many...blanks. Though I remember it honestly looked like I was going to win...I managed to get out Mr. Kouyou's card...The Earth but...things turned around quickly when Darkness managed to get out Five God Dragon. Even with Haou...I lost...
...but, che, I'm going to keep to what I told Darkness after that duel. I'll get stronger and stronger and take him on again! Even if I have to practise and learn how to use Haou's power in full, that is what I'll do! I've got a lot of friends willing to help me with that and I know with their help I'll become stronger! Much stronger!!
Just you wait Darkness, I'll take you on again and I'll win!

Ah, and Yuuko-san! Thanks for letting me stay over at the shop last night. I just...felt too tired to move.

Well, I don't know the exact details of how it happened but...

Asuka is, er... was your girlfriend. Darkness(I think it was him) took away all of your memories of her. All of them. Someone who was present at the duel like Johan might be able to explain things a little better. I'm sorry...

As far as I can tell...yes. At first, he made you hate her, but then when that was reversed, he apparently took your memories of her as retribution.

Who knows? Losing Yasu clearly made him go insane. Maybe getting her back from Darkness will make him see some bloody sense again.

Eh... last night is so jumbled up, I don't remember that much from being in your shop actually...just...I remember you standing over me looking really serious...a ...butterfly... a claw... that's about it.

You dueled Darkness last night with Haou in a Batsu Game. You lost, and he originally took your love for Asuka. You wanted me to return that feeling, and so when I did Darkness demanded something replace it - despite it being against the rules.

Darkness then used that claw to steal your memories of Asuka, but not your feelings.

Hummm, yeah I remember the duel...sort of... though talking to one of Darkness' group, I understand now WHY I dueled him... and all this does put into place all the blanks in my memory...
Yeah...the feelings...it's why I started asking about her straight away...I may have no memory of her but...I feel so connected to that name...
...he's such a bastard for messing about with our feelings and memories like this...
