Trying the meditation thing was...interesting, but I think I fell asleep, is that supposed to happen? It was kinda relaxing just sitting there with my eyes closed, but the next thing I knew I woke up 2 hours later to Johan poking me wondering if I was okay :/ Though I do feel a lot more relaxed now, weird.

Argh, but I really really need to do this, I need to be fully ready for anything and this is the only way to make sure that I am, so that I can trust in my own power at 100%!!

I find that playing very loud music helps stop you from falling asleep while meditating. Ever try to sleep while somebody's playing very loud music? It's harder than you'd think!
