Unfortunately, I have to announce that, effective immediately, SAI's building will be closed until further notice.

Things have gone from bad to worse since the Heartland incident. The anti-monster protestors have gone from jeering chants and insults to death threats and violence and I can no longer ensure the safety of anyone there.

It's no secret that Yuma works for SAI, so now they think we're just creating 'monster terrorists' or something. Those of us with public emails have been sent death threats, they've thrown rocks through our windows, anyone who comes close to the building gets an angry mob chasing and attacking them and the other day they tried to force their way in and they only backed off when we had some of the more scarier looking Duel Spirits chase them off.
Honestly, it was actually kind of terrifying and they almost got in. I have no idea what they would've done if they had, but they absolutely had items with them they could use as weapons.

We've tried to do what we can to relocate the smaller spirits from the Spirit House in order to keep them safe, so if anyone can house some small duel spirits temporarily, it would be appreciated, because Sakana is rather overrun with them currently.

For employees who work there, who need access to the computer systems and such, I've managed to work with Yusei to set up remote access. Contact me for log-in details.

I can house some of them, I have a (large) (mostly glass) house over at Kaikori from my (amicable) divorce with Akae that only my daughters and I use (and my mother is pressuring me to move back in) and there's a garden on the roof.

Things just keep getting bad to worse...

If you're okay with temporary long distance relocation, I can provide housing for probably as many as needed, regardless of size. My family owns a large ranch in America, and it's remote so there shouldn't be any issues of assholes coming and attacking. Otherwise I can keep some in my apartment, or donate to a fund to maybe rent a warehouse to turn into temporary housing.

Hm, a temporary long distance location might be a bit awkward to manage, but if you can take a few in your apartment for a bit, I'd appreciate it.

Even if I could make arrests, it feels like for every one we lock up, another two take their place. I have no idea where they're coming from.

For now, I think any focus you can give should be on the Domino Duel Academy, since the kids there are becoming targets.

I don't want to keep SAI shut for long either, but while this problem is about it won't be safe to open it back up. I do have Yubel and some other Duel Spirits keeping an eye on the building and they've been told to scare off any of the protestors that come close, just to prevent any further damage if possible (anything of importance has been removed from the building).

Can't believe I'm saying this...

I have a bit of a second living place where I'm holing up right now since things have gotten this bad, it's got a lot of space, so I can take on some of the Spirits until further notice.

They might like the area I'm in, anyway.
