*A few moments after hearing the knock, Kotori answers the door. Her eyes light up when she sees Juudai stood outside holding a wriggling Asami in his arms.*

Juudai-san! It's nice to see you!

*Her attention then turns towards Asami.*

Hello, Asami-chaaan~!

*The baby giggles at Kotori and reaches out for her, recognising her straight away. Giving out a light laugh, Juudai happily passes Asami over to Kotori, since that's where Asami seemed to want to go and he knew Kotori would want to hold her.*

Hey, sorry for the unannounced visit.

*Kotori happily takes Asami from Juudai.*

It's no problem. Did you and Asuka-san need a last minute babysitter?

Actually, I came over to speak to Yuma about something.
Is he here at the moment?

He is! He's in the living room.
Come on in.

*Kotori steps inside the apartment to allow Juudai to enter.*

*Juudai walks in and after removing his shoes by the door, he follows Kotori to the living room.

He always liked visiting their apartment. He admired the really unique décor of the artefacts displayed around it. It gave their apartment some real character.*

*Yuma is sat on one of the sofas sorting out a bunch of cards on the low table in front of him. He curiously glances up at Kotori as she enters the room, which turns to a smile when he sees her holding Asami.*

Yuma. Juudai-san is here to talk to you about something.

*As she mentions him, Juudai walks into the room behind her.*

Oh hey! No problem!
Feel free to sit down!

*Juudai smiles and nods before going to sit in the opposite sofa. Kotori chooses to sit by Yuma and places Asami on her knee, where she gently bounces her to keep her occupied while Juudai and Yuma were talking.*

What do you need to talk to me about?

There's something I've been planning for a while which I think you and Hope could help with.

*Juudai then glances around.*

Is Hope here by any chance? I think this is something I'd like his input on too.

Yes. I am here.

*Hope suddenly appears behind the sofa Yuma and Kotori are sat on. Asami lets out a shriek of laughter and claps her hands, amused at the strange blue man who just appeared out of nowhere.
Hope is a little taken back at her reaction at first, but he then gives her a small smile.

He's unsure what he did to make her that happy, but it seemed to entertain her.*

Basically, I've been wanting to expand SAI's research for a while to include researching and learning about worlds within the 12 Dimensions to learn more about them and help to continue to build bonds with them. This is an area Ruka is also interested in researching but she's currently limited on what she can do with it.

This is where you both come in. I'd really like to use your airship to accomplish this goal and have both of you become part of a research and exploration team I'd like to build.

On top of going out and exploring the other dimensions, you'd also help with other things we'd need the airship for, like returning lost Duel Spirits to their own worlds if they aren't thriving in ours and maybe even offering a transport service for spirits and monsters, that may wish to visit their homes or return home. I'm hoping in offering that last service we can build bonds with other worlds in order to gain access to coordinates and the freedom to move around for our research purposes.

Yuma, for you, this is a paid position which I am happy to work around your dueling commitments.
You, Ruka and Hope will be the leads in this project for now, but I'm more than happy for any of you to bring on volunteers to join you on your research and exploration missions.

*Yuma sits in silent disbelief at first. He looks between Kotori and Juudai several times, as if looking to make sure this was even real.*

You mean, you came here to offer me a JOB?
A job where I can go exploring and learning about different worlds and stuff?!

*He honestly looked like he was going to explode with joy.*

*He pauses mid celebration when he thinks of something.*

Er, I won't have to write lots and lots of stuff about things, will I?

*Juudai lets out a light laugh.*

No, it's fine. You can concentrate on the exploring part, rather than the research. Plus you're really good at building bonds with others, so that will help in building up relations with the residents in whatever world you go to.

Believe me. I'm not much of a paperwork person either, but I can't always get away from it.

Ruka, on the other hand, loves writing up research reports. Just communicate with her on the things you discover.

I, on the other hand, will be more than happy to write up any observations I make during the missions and share them with Ruka.

Yuma does not always appreciate hearing about the observations that I have made note off.

That's because you make so many of them...

This is great, Yuma! It's such a fitting job for both you and Hope!
Plus I know you were really excited about the idea of learning about different worlds and you were both wanting to use the airship more.

If I find spare time, I could even come along with you now and then.

Yeah! Man, this is gonna be SO GREAT! I'm super excited for this!!

*He throws up his arms in excitement, which makes Asami laugh and clap her hands again. She has no idea what's going on, but people are excited and happy, so it makes her happy too.

Looking down at her, Yuma gives the little girl a grin and ruffles her hair a little.*

If we are to have a team within the airship, then it may be beneficial to teach others about the basic controls of it in case such knowledge is ever needed.

*Hope looks over at Kotori.*

Kotori. I can begin with giving you and Ruka some lessons.

Hm! I think that's a great idea!

Well, then. I think it's all agreed. I'm really looking forward to seeing what we can achieve with this new idea!

*With that, Juudai gets up and walks over to Kotori, who hands Asami over to him.*

I'll be in touch with more specifics about it.

Hey, man. Thanks a lot for this! We won't let you down!!

*It made Juudai happy to see how enthusiastic he was about this.*

I know I can count on all of you!
I'll be on my way now, before this little one decides she's hungry.

*Kotori gets up from where she was sat and politely sees Juudai and Asami to the door.*
