My almost 2-year-old daughter just walked up to me, said 'Happy birthday', then placed a handful of Pharaoh's cat kibble in my hand and walked off.
Which means she somehow got through all the child-locks I put on the cupboard we keep the cat food in.
Again.
I'm not sure if there's a word to describe the mix of feelings between exasperation and 'okay that was kinda cute'.

Probably.
Get the strongest locks you can. At this point I feel like she can bypass anything.

More than a little.
She gets into all the places we block off, or places she probably shouldn't even be able to get into.
This is a normal toddler thing, right?

We'll probably be dealing with her hitting things, refusing to do things, and slamming doors shut soon too.
It's a toddler thing, I'm pretty sure. But it does feel like... a little... 'much'? Like we're dealing with the more abnormal end of the curve/scale?
