Tome-san really is a life saver at times, she's ordering in most of the supplies we need for the festival or she already HAS the supplies. Fireworks, food, she even has plenty of costumes for people to pick and said she's gonna offer help to those who want to make their own costumes! She even has some Duel Monster decorations we can use!
