The duel with Saiga was loads of fun and she's now on her way up to Ra Yellow :D Congratulations, Saiga!!

Hummm, it's almost Friday, maybe I should give some thought into practising that meditation thing before it. Might find a quiet spot sometime tomorrow and give it a try.

Trying the meditation thing was...interesting, but I think I fell asleep, is that supposed to happen? It was kinda relaxing just sitting there with my eyes closed, but the next thing I knew I woke up 2 hours later to Johan poking me wondering if I was okay :/ Though I do feel a lot more relaxed now, weird.

Argh, but I really really need to do this, I need to be fully ready for anything and this is the only way to make sure that I am, so that I can trust in my own power at 100%!!
